Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to registrations for events organized by Natcon IUDI, a part of the Institute of Urban Designers India (IUDI).

Once your refund request is received and approved, we will process the refund within 14 business days. Please note that it may take an additional 28 business days for the refunded amount to be credited to your account, depending on your bank or payment provider. The refund will be issued using the original method of payment, where possible. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to credit the funds to your account.

5. Event Cancellation or Postponement by IUDI

In the unlikely event that Natcon IUDI cancels an event, registered participants will be offered the following options:

If an event is postponed, registered participants will be notified and given the option to retain their registration for the rescheduled date or request a full refund.
