Welcome to the Natcon IUDI website, operated by the Institute of Urban Designers India (IUDI). By accessing or using our website at https://natcon.iudi.in (the "Website") or registering for our events, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Website or registering for an event, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy (which is incorporated herein by reference). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not access or use the Website or register for our events.

3. Event Registration and Attendance
3.1 Registration: To register for an event, you must provide accurate and complete information as requested in the registration form. IUDI reserves the right to refuse or cancel any registration at its sole discretion.
3.2 Fees and Payment: Fees for events, if applicable, will be as displayed on the Website or communicated during the registration process. Payment must be made according to the methods specified. IUDI reserves the right to change event fees at any time, but changes will not affect registrations already confirmed.
3.3 Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellation policies for events will be specified on the event page or communicated during registration. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the stated policy. IUDI reserves the right to cancel or postpone an event due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, registered participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to a future event, at IUDI's discretion.
3.4 Attendee Conduct: Attendees are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully during events. IUDI reserves the right to refuse entry to, or remove from an event, any person whose conduct is deemed disruptive or inappropriate.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations, is the property of IUDI or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, visit, or otherwise exploit for any commercial purpose, any portion of the Website without express written consent from IUDI.
5. User Content
